We stand by our gear. Every piece from Slow Stylish is crafted with care, built to last, and inspected before it ships. But if your new gear doesn't fit right or meet your trail standards, we'll make it right. We offer a straightforward 30-Day Return & Exchange policy for all new and unworn items.
Before You Send It Back: A Quick Scout
We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. In the rare case of a manufacturing flaw, a wrong item, or missing pieces in your shipment, please contact our crew immediately so we can correct the course.
The Trail Guide to Returns & Exchanges
To ensure a smooth ride, please follow these guidelines:

Get the Green Light: Before sending anything back, please contact our Customer Service crew within 30 days of receiving your order to get a Return Authorization and the correct outpost address. We cannot accept unauthorized returns.

Condition of the Goods: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all original tags attached and any protective strips intact. We cannot accept items with signs of wear, stains, or altered condition.

Ship It Right: Please return your package via your local post office and include the completed authorization form. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you are responsible for the package until it arrives at our warehouse. Please note that we do not accept C.O.D. returns.

The Homestead's Fault (Quality Issues): If the return is due to a error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs and will promptly issue a full refund or exchange upon receipt.

Rider's Change of Mind: If you simply wish to return or exchange an item that has no quality issues, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. The specific cost will depend on the carrier you choose.

Settlement Time: Once we receive your returned package, we will send an email confirmation and process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
