Trail Guide to Your Order

1. Can I Cancel My Order?
You can pull back on the reins and cancel your order within the first 12 hours of placing it. After that, your gear has likely already been processed and is heading to the corral for shipment. Once it's on the trail, we can't call it back. We appreciate your understanding, as we're committed to getting your orders out with frontier speed.

2. When Will My Order Ship?
We process and ship most orders from our warehouse within 3 business days. We're not ones for lollygagging.

3. How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping times vary depending on your homestead. We ship worldwide from different outposts, but you can generally expect your parcel in 7 to 20 business days. Your tracking number will be active 3-7 days after your order leaves our hands.

4. Is My Information Secure?

5. How Can I Tell If an Item Is In Stock?
Our inventory moves faster than a herd of mustangs, so availability changes in a heartbeat. The surest way to know if we've got your piece is to place your order. Once you do, we'll immediately check our stock and contact you faster than a jackrabbit if there's any delay.
